This Privacy Policy for children’s accounts explains what information we collect to set up these accounts, what information we collect from your child’s use of our service, and how we use and share that information. This policy applies only to children’s accounts set up specifically for children under 13 or any higher minimum age in your jurisdiction. When you create an account for your child we will ask for certain information about them like:

Guardian email address

First name and last name

Date of birth




Guardian phone number

Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

Additional Personal Data

To help improve your experience or enable certain features of the Services, you or your child may choose to provide us with additional information, like your child’s logs for food, history of allergy reactions or information about Allergy symptoms;
If your child (with your / their guardian's consent only) contacts us or participates in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information they submit such as their name, contact information, and message.

Device Information

Your child’s device collects data to estimate a variety of metrics like heart rate, heart rate variability, Blood oxygen levels (SPO2), respiration rate, active minutes, location, body temperature, and other plethysmography (PPG), and ECG sensors information needed to compute Allergy reaction detection. This information is collected from the device and transferred to’s servers


Usage Data

When your child accesses his or her account through the app, we automatically collect and store information about account connectivity such as IP addresses, browser type, language, operating system, and app and mobile device information (including cookie and application identifiers).

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, we may collect, with Your prior permission:

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Your child’s username, name, activity, and picture are shared with approved connections in the account.

As a parent, you have full control over your child’s account within your account. Once you have signed into your account, you can create a child account. You can view and edit your child’s account at any time through your account. You can Edit and delete your child's information at any time from your account or by contacting us using the Contact Us information
