Anjo.ai allows parents to set up accounts for their children to use with Anjo’s device. This Privacy Policy for children’s accounts explains what information we collect to set up these accounts, what information we collect from your child’s use of our service, and how we use and share that information. This policy applies only to children’s accounts set up specifically for children under 13 or any higher minimum age in your jurisdiction. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

When you create an account for your child we will ask for certain information about them like:

Guardian email address

First name and last name

Date of birth

Gender

Height

Weight

Guardian phone number

Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

Usage Data

Additional Personal Data

To help improve your experience or enable certain features of the Services, you or your child may choose to provide us with additional information, like your child’s logs for food, history of allergy reactions or information about Allergy symptoms;
If your child (with your / their guardian's consent only) contacts us or participates in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information they submit such as their name, contact information, and message.

Device Information

Your child’s device collects data to estimate a variety of metrics like heart rate, heart rate variability, Blood oxygen levels (SPO2), respiration rate, active minutes, location, body temperature, and other plethysmography (PPG), and ECG sensors information needed to compute Allergy reaction detection. This information is collected from the device and transferred to Anjo.ai’s servers

 

Usage Data

When your child accesses his or her account through the Anjo.ai app, we automatically collect and store information about account connectivity such as IP addresses, browser type, language, operating system, and app and mobile device information (including cookie and application identifiers).

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, we may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Information regarding your location

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your child’s Device settings.

Use of your child’s personal data

We use the information in the following ways: to provide, personalize, and improve our services, authenticate users’ identities, to track activities, provide support, remote monitoring, early detection and notifications for allergic reactions.. We also use the data we collect for internal purposes such as troubleshooting, protecting against errors, data analysis and testing, to develop new features and services, and to promote the safety and security of Anjo.ai.

 

We also use the information we collect to help children connect with other guardian/care givers/physicians-approved Anjo.ai users which are displayed within the Anjo.ai guardian account.

We also use the information we collect to help scientific community to conduct research regarding Chronic diseases such as Food Allergy, Asthma, ADHD, Epilepsy etc..

How We Share Your Child’s Information

Your child’s username, name, activity, and picture are shared with approved connections in the Anjo.ai account.

Information we collect may be shared outside of Anjo.ai in limited circumstances. We share personal information with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of Anjo.ai only if one of following applies:

For External Processing

We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and subject to other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Ownership Changes

If a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets occurs, Anjo.ai will continue to take measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information and give you notice before transferring any personal information to a new entity.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to assert legal rights or defend against legal claims; or to prevent, detect, or investigate illegal activity, fraud, abuse, violations of our terms, or threats to the security of the Services or the physical safety of any person.

Manage Your Child’s Information

As a parent, you have full control over your child’s account within your Anjo.ai account. Once you have signed into your Anjo.ai account, you can create a child account. You can view and edit your child’s account at any time through your Anjo.ai account. You can Edit and delete your child's information at any time from your Anjo.ai account or by contacting us using the Contact Us information.
