Does Anjo detect allergic reactions?

Not yet. This capability is currently in development and will be released as part of AnjoProtect™.

What is the difference between AnjoConnect™ and AnjoProtect™?

AnjoConnect™ is a consumer wellness product for connectivity, monitoring and awareness. AnjoProtect™ is a regulated medical product in development, intended to provide clinical-grade decision support, alerting, and guidance.

What does AnjoConnect™ do today?

AnjoConnect™ keeps families connected, even when they're apart. Caregivers managing severe allergies can stay in touch with their child in real time: checking in, sending a signal, or calling directly whenever they want reassurance.AnjoConnect™ also lets caregivers know when something looks different from their child's usual pattern, so they can reach out and check in exactly when it matters most.

How does AnjoConnect™ work?

AnjoConnect™ continuously monitors physiological signals such as heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature, motion, and other metrics that can be collected from advanced wearable devices, giving families visibility into general wellness patterns related to allergy.

How does AnjoProtect™ work?

AnjoProtect™ uses advanced algorithms and AI to process metrics collected from advanced wearable devices, together with personalization and adaptation, to produce appropriate alerts and personalized insights for allergy management.

What is ABIE?

ABIE (Anjo Biosignal Intelligence Engine) is the underlying technology that analyzes raw biosensor data to identify patterns of interest for future severe allergic reaction recognition.

Is Anjo a medical device?

AnjoConnect™ is a general wellness product. It is not currently marketed or intended as a medical device. AnjoProtect™, powered by ABIE (Anjo Biosignal Intelligence Engine), is in development with the goal of FDA clearance as a SaMD. It is not yet available and has not received FDA clearance.

Does the Anjo watch work with iPhone?

Yes. The watch runs on Samsung Galaxy hardware with Anjo's custom AnjoOS, but the companion Anjo app is available for both iPhone and Android. Parents and caregivers can view alerts, vitals, and stay connected to their child's device regardless of which phone they carry.

What device does Anjo use to collect data?

Anjo uses a wearable biosensor, currently based on a smartwatch platform, to continuously collect physiological data.

When do I receive the watch after I submit my deposit?

Your watch, with the Anjo-specific software, will be delivered in May 2027.

Who is Anjo for?

Anjo is designed for families and individuals managing food allergies, as well as clinical researchers and institutions studying allergic reactions.

Is my data secure?

Is Anjo involved in clinical research?

Yes. Anjo is currently deployed across multiple institutions as part of a federally funded, multi-site study on oral food challenge biomarkers.

When will AnjoProtect™ be available?

AnjoProtect™ is in active development with leading research institutions. A specific release date has not yet been set.
